To provide customers with accurate product information and an eye-catching and interesting element, CJ O SHOPPING has made customer-centered broadcasting in collaboration with over 200 skilled workers. With Asia’s largest scale studio, CJ O SHOPPING can introduce large-sized products such as automobiles, and it can even host fashion shows, as well. CJ O SHOPPING thus has been offering more value than simply shopping to our customers.

Call Center

CJ O Shopping strives to provide the most convenient and hospitable call services for all customer orders and inquiries. Since 2012, for the convenience of the hearing impaired, we have been offering ‘sign language consulting service’ for the first time in home shopping and online retail industry. In 2013, we have introduced ‘visual ARS services’ to our customers to view their current order status on smart phones and mobile devices when making phone orders. All the options for ‘visual ARS service’ are shown on the screen so that orders can be made conveniently without any complications and above all else, it helps the hearing impaired for the limitations of voice ARS services.

Delivery System

To the best of their ability, CJ O SHOPPING makes an effort to deliver products ordered by customers quickly and accurately. We provide specialized delivery services such as ‘same-day shipping’ for customers to receive what they order in the morning in the same day, and ‘weekend delivery’ for customers to receive on Sunday what they order on Saturday.

Three strikes system/
Hazard product blocking system
Since 2002, we run the ‘three strikes system’ to prohibit partners from selling products in which quality has been reported to be problematic for more than three times. In 2010, we were the first ones in the online shopping malls to introduce the ‘Hazard product blocking system' which automatically prohibits the sale of products including food, cosmetics, and baby products if the products have any quality issues.
